FOREIGNERS REACT to New Clark City - INSANE SEA Games Venues

We attended the SEA Games Closing Ceremony 2019 in the Philippines and were able to have a close up look at the new built NEW CLARK CITY in Pampanga. We learned that the SEA GAMES sports competition stadiums and buildings where built in 18 months only which is one incredible achievement.
