Forester Front Bumper Rebar Install (2014-2018)

How to remove Subaru Forester front bumper rebar reinforcement.

Once the front bumper is off, the removal of the reinforcement is straightforward.

There are a total of 7 10mm screws that need to be removed. 3 will be located at the top of the piece, and 4 are located on the bottom.

Access to the screws is not hindered, so removal of the screws is easy. I used a power drill with a 10mm socket and socket extension to remove the bolts.

Installation is the reverse of removal.
