    So I made this video for everyone.

    - Supplies Needed -
    slick honey grease or slickoleum
    FOX 20wt. Gold
    FOX 5wt. Teflon Infused
    syringe x2
    10mm Socket
    15mm Socket
    2mm Hex Wrench
    Ratchet
    Torque Wrench
    Waste Oil Basin
    Lint Free towels
    isopropyl alcohol or contact cleaner
    Flat Faced
    Socket, 32mm, 3/8 Drive
    Damper-side and
    Spring-side Removal Tool
    (not essential)
