We've partnered with Chef Vicky V, "Tha Queen of Yum", for a game day recipe for Touchdown Tots and Slow Cooker Brisket.

1 H‑E‑B Beef Market Trimmed Brisket Flat Cut – Average 2.62 lbs
3 Tbsp Mi Tienda All Purpose Seasoning
3 Tbsp Mi Tienda BBQ Seasoning
1 Package H‑E‑B Onion Recipe Soup and Dip Mix
1 Jar Better Than Good Better Than Good Texas Traditional’ Sauce

1. Fill one jar of water in your empty better than Good Jar
2. Season with salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion salt to taste.
3. Place all ingredients in crockpot. Cook on high until fork tender. About 3 hours.

1 Package -32 oz. Hill Country Fare Potato Puffs (thawed)
H‑E‑B Select Ingredients Fully Cooked Brisket Flat Sliced, Mesquite (Chopped)
1 Block H-E-B Easy Melt
16 oz. H-E-B Fresh Pico
1 Bunch Fresh Green Onions - Sliced
16 oz. H‑E‑B Select Ingredients French Onion Dip
16 oz. H‑E‑B Select Ingredients No Stick Extra Virgin Olive Oil Spray

1. Preheat oven to 375°F.
2. In a sauté pan with shallow oil, lightly crisp a few tots. Rolling on each side until slightly brown, or cook in the air fryer until lightly browned.
3. Spray your Kitchen & Table Muffin Pan with H-E-B No Stick Extra Virgin Olive Oil Spray.
4. Put 3-5 Potato Puffs in each cup.
5. Use the True Stain Steel Long Muddler to press the Potato Puffs down into each cup. Make sure to press in the center so potato goes up the sides. This will create a tater tot cup.
6. Spray potatoes with H-E-B No Stick Extra Virgin Olive Oil Spray
7. Bake for 15 minutes.
8. Remove from oven and place on a heat safe surface.
9. Fill the tater tot cups with a few small cubes of H-E-B Easy Melt and a spoonful of brisket.
10. Place the filled tater tot cups back in the oven and cook for another 10 minutes.
11. Remove TOUCH DOWN TOTS from the oven and let cool for 5 minutes before removing them from the muffin pan.
12. Top with H-E-B Fresh Pico, H‑E‑B French Onion Dip, and Green onions
13. Serve on platter for game day
