Gracie Has Never Experience Anything Like This Before German Shepherd Is Confused

My German Shepherd Gracie has never experience anything like what is coming her way. First the weather is bad today and she has never been in the rain and second I try to giver her a special treat but she has no idea if she likes it our not lol.
