Harvey initially requests that Darby gets fired in exchange for winning Ava Hessington's case - that involved prison sentencing -, but after finding out that Cameron Dennis is assigned as a special prosecutor in the Hessington case, he wants Darby to be named managing partner, replacing Jessica Pearson and dismissing her from the firm.
