Health Update - Finally Finding Out What's Wrong With Me! Lara Joanna Jarvis 2020

After months (years!) of pain, discomfort and huge bloating, I had to get my health issues checked out and tested, so here's what they found...

I hope this video might be helpful for anyone who is also suffering with intense bloating, pain, spots, allergic reactions, gluten intolerances, and everything else mentioned in this video.

If you have any experience of the low FODMAP, gluten free whilst vegan etc, I'd love to hear about them in the comments.

Having to do the low FODMAP whilst only just getting used to a vegan diet feels like a very difficult challenge, so I'd love your advice!
