Do house prices still double every ten years?
- The assumption that property value doubles every 7-10 year is still very true to this day. However, the biggest difference now is that it only happens where the best fundamentals are. And what I mean by fundamentals is where the government allocates huge budget and/or big companies invest in such as; major investment, major employment, transport links, schools and shops. So the next time you want your investment to grow, make sure to do your research and plan out your property investment strategy within these fundamentals. More often than not, it'll be a very good decision.
