Hover effect using GSAP [Greensock Animation]

Hey everyone! In this Greensock animation tutorial, I will be creating an awesome link hover effect using TimelineLite and jQuery. I am always exploring here and there to catch latest design trends. This effect was on my mind from quite a few days. Along with that, I have also implemented vertical scroll progress bar indicator as I found it perfect fit with this concept. So finally, here is the video showing how I achieved this link hover animation in the very simple steps.
