How Islamic scholars blocked Bangladesh's first human milk bank

Bangladesh's first ever human milk bank, which provides milk for pre-term and vulnerable babies has been shut down. Religious leaders said that the plan could lead to breaches of Sharia law if two babies drank milk from the same mother and later married.

The reason? Islam.
