2.) know you’re product & company knowledge (be a man of answers)
3.) be understanding like a therapist

5.) be stats oriented, don’t pick favorites
6.) be proud of your team and your company
7.) take control as if the company was your own, treat it like your baby
8.) don’t focus on sales
9.) Train and motivate your people
10.) guest speakers / motivational speakers
11.) get to know your employees and what they want. get to know them on a personal and professional level
12.) be a leader not just a manager…sometimes
13.) improve yourself OFTEN
14.) acknowledge success. They are actually looking for recognition more than they are looking to get paid
