How to Get Rid of Acne Pimples FAST!! [Spot Treatment with Benzoyl Peroxide Results]

I was able to pretty much get rid of my acne pimples fast within a week by using benzoyl peroxide religiously for a few nights. The appearance of the acne pimples were reduced dramatically. I tend to get acne pimples around my menstrual cycle or when I am eating too much junk food.

Notice in the video how I did not apply the treatment gel and rub it in until dissolved. Rather, I applied a good amount of the product directly on top of the acne pimple and literally let it sit overnight. Do this with a q-tip to help avoid bacteria from your hands being transferred to your face.

Once I woke up the next morning, I would wash the treatment gel off, apply a moisturizer, and go on with my day. I repeat the same process each night. Notice I did not wear foundation or anything like that, which can sometimes make the problem worse.

I have tried both the named brand (Clean & Clear) as well of the off-brand (Equate from walmart) and I feel like they both work the same. Could you tell a difference after a few days of me using it?
