How To Grip & Throw an “Ayala Change Up”! [Baseball Pitching Grips] UNIQUE & EFFECTIVE!

Check out my good buddy Manny Ayala, former pro pitcher with the nastiest change up I ever got to see in person. Manny has some really great tips on how to throw a change up. His change up grip is a little unique and so was his technique for throwing his change up, but boy, let me tell you was it effective. His change up was a swing and miss pitch and he could throw it in any count. In fact, he threw it 40% of the time. Try playing around with Manny’s change up and see if you can get it to work for you because it can be a real asset to any pitcher to get more batters out!
