HOW TO: Overhead Press more INSTANTLY (Shoulder PRESS TIP)

Hey guys in this video I cover some quick tips on how to overhead press more instantly and some shoulder press tips. One thing I see often is when people press the bar out in front of them and this really can push the bar path out and leave the press very inefficient. I usually see this happen with push press, push jerks, and split jerks. However it can even happen during the strict press. So whether you do strongman, powerlifting, weight lifting the tips mentioned in this video can really help you with your press!
