What they wouldn’t do, was work properly. If you’re experiencing problems with your shoulders, you’ll want to go through this entire video.

3 of the four rotator cuff muscles essentially draw the shoulder back and down and place the head of the humerus in its ideal position.
.
Into what’s called joint centralization.
.
The head of the humerus sits in the center of the joint and glides down and back when its moving properly.
.
What happens is the capsule that surrounds the joint becomes thick and restrictive, preventing the shoulder from moving anywhere near where it’s meant to be.
.
The rotator cuff muscles, which are often ignored, can’t keep up with the overpowering pecs and lats (both draw the shoulder into internal rotation), and you end up with a combination of capsule issues and rotator issues.
.
And...your shoulder feels like a grenade keeps going off inside of it, and it sounds like it too!
