When you're bundled up for the winter, where do you apply your cologne? Over the years, I've noticed that it's much more complicated to put on a fragrance when it's cold outside, largely because 90% of your body is covered up. If spraying on your skin is the best policy, what happens when there's little to no exposed skin to spray?
