Description

Our condolences to anyone out there that has been impacted by the COVID-19 virus. We wanted to present some insight as it relates to our industry through this webinar:

This is a special webinar to address COVID-19 as many people are practicing social distancing to keep themselves safe. We had notable HVAC industry experts Nate Adams and Michael Housh to discuss their thoughts on how the HVAC industry can best serve homeowners during this time. We also had Dr. Shelly Miller from the University of Colorado Boulder. Dr. Miller's research focuses on indoor air quality and the relationship between mechanical systems and infectious diseases.

For many homeowners concerned with the new coronavirus pandemic, indoor air quality is becoming a popular topic regarding our heath. The condition of the air in our homes can affect how viruses and other air pollutants can survive. This largely has to do with humidity control and having a quality ventilation strategy.

As some HVAC contractors have noticed, UV light systems are flying off the shelves. This may provide some temporary piece of mind for some homeowners, but do they really do anything to kill viruses?

In this webinar, we’ll cover some things that both HVAC techs and homeowners can do to improve to quality of indoor air and make a less hospitable environment for viruses.
