The ban on hybrid, petrol and diesel cars has been brought forward by 5 years to 2035. The plans originally only included petrol and diesel but now it's been revealed it will apply to hybrids as well.
While hybrids were once seen as a compromise between internal combustion engines and full electrification, they've now been bundled together with petrol and diesel cars. So have hybrid owners been sold a lie and how prepared is the UK for full electricfication
