Hyundai | 6th Service Advisor and 3rd Customer Care Manager Skill Championship

Hyundai Motor India Ltd. conducted it’s Hyundai 6th Service Advisor & 3rd Customer Care Manager National level Skill Championship on 27th & 28th November, 2019. The four-tiered inter-dealership competition identifies skill and honours the best talents amongst dealer Service Advisor & Customer Care Manager nationwide.

Out of the 15 Service Advisors & 10 Customer Care Managers who made it to the final, 6 best candidates from each category were selected and felicitated by Mr. Punnaivanam S, VP & National Service Head and Mr. SL Park, National Service Coordinator. Upon further training & screening, Top 2 Service Advisors will represent Hyundai Motor India Limited in the World Skill Championship in the year 2020 in Seoul, South Korea.

Service Advisor Category:
Winner – Abhijeet Patil (Modi Hyundai, Thane)
1st Runner Up – Yash Gudka (Modi Hyundai, Mumbai)
2nd Runner Up – Rahul Shetty (Advaith Hyundai, Bengaluru)

Customer Care Manager Category
Winner – Neelam Sharma (Kothari Hyundai, Pune)
1st Runner Up – Sowmya M.K. (Advaith Hyundai, Mysuru)
2nd Runner Up – Rajeswari (KUN Hyundai, Chennai)
