i took ICE COLD showers for 30 days

Are cold showers good for you? That seems to be a question that a lot of people are asking these days and I have to admit I was super curious myself. My interest in cold therapy all started a few years ago watching the Wim Hof VICE documentary. I was shocked at what the Iceman was capable of - swimming in a frozen lake, hiking snowy mountains in just a bathing suit, but even though I could see so many benefits of cold showers, I was NOT ready to jump in myself.

Cut to 2020 and I was finally ready to commit to a 30 Day Cold Shower Challenge. I can’t wait to share this crazy experiment with you. I turned out very differently than I expected and I hope that it inspires you to push yourself to get out of your comfort zone and learn what you are really capable of when you show up for yourself :)
