Welcome to HOW TO MEALZ! How to make a smashed burger? Well today we're going to tell you just that ;p

▬ Ingredients ▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬

- 150g of ground beef, split in 2 balls
- 1 bun
- Some cheddar cheese
- Shredded iceberg lettuce
- Sliced pickles
- 1 tbs of mayonnaise
- 1 tbs of tomato ketchup
- 1 tsp of grainy mustard
- 1 chopped onion
- Pepper
- Salt

▬ Recipe ▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬

1. Toast the buns
2. Mix the mayonnaise, ketchup, mustard, some onion, salt and pepper to a nice sauce
3. Season 1 side of the meat with salt and pepper
4. Put a pan on a fire with olive oil
5. Once the olive oil is hot, place the meat in there with the seasoned side down
6. Put some parchment paper on it and press the meat down with a spatula, press as hard as you can
7. Let them fry until they're almost done
8. Season this side with salt and pepper
9. Flip it and fry it a bit
10. Place some cheese on 1 patty
11. Place the 2 patties on top of each other with the cheese in between
12. Spread some sauce on the burger bun
13. Place some pickles on it
14. Put some lettuce on top
15. Place the patty on the lettuce
16. Spread a bit more sauce on the other bun
17. Place it on top
18. DONE!
