The 5 hip exercises are also part of our rehab and corrective exercise system called COREXS12. The system consists of 12 foundation exercises to fix your entire body by eliminating compensations and strengthening the source of the injury. The 12 exercises are split into 3 main areas of the body: hips (5), core (3), shoulders (4).

COREXS12 heals injuries to the legs, knees, hips, lower back, shoulders, elbows, abdominals. We also have additional extremity exercises to heal injuries to the ankles, neck, and wrists.

SKYPE PERSONALIZED REHAB
Our Rehab Program uses COREXS12 foundation exercises to heal our clients. The rehab sessions are performed one-on-one through Skype or FaceTime. This method of supervision ensures that the user is performing the exercises correctly. COREXS24 -OR- 6 LEVEL SPORTS TRAINING
After you complete the COREXS12 foundation program and PASS our testing. Clients have the option to enter into COREXS24 or LEVEL 1 Sports training. COREXS24 combines the 12 foundation exercises with 12 progressions to fully heal an athletes injuries and COREXS24 can also be used by fitness enthusiasts as a challenging strength training program to incorporate into their workout routines. Athletes looking for an edge to get faster, stronger, and jump higher can enter into LEVEL 1 of our 6 LEVEL Sports Training System.
