Incubation period of the novel coronavirus could be as long as 24 days

China's leading respiratory expert, Zhong Nanshan, and his group, have issued a preprint article on the coronavirus infection online. They stressed that the article still needs to be peer reviewed and is not established information.

It says the incubation period for the virus could be as long as 24 days, 10 longer than previously thought.

The conclusion is based on the largest samples, 1099 patients, so far.
