INFO Simcoe - July 10th 2020. During Covid, people decided it would be a good time to get puppies or adopt dogs, I guess because they would be home with them.  Also because animals can help with anxiety and depression. However, due to pups NOT being able to get out to classes or to socialize it has created a rash of of Pups with issues. Top Dog K9 created the Puppy Preschool program to help combat the problem associated with social isolation.
