Howard Marks wrote a book back in 2011 called the "The Most Important Thing" and highlighted 21 things. In today's video, I focus on my top 10 and how they apply to multifamily investing and today's current market.

I learned more in this book then pretty much any other book about how to think about RISK, CYCLES, MARKET EVALUATION, and focusing on knowing the knowable.

I end the video with comments on his current memo "Which Way Now".
