Is Aaron Jones STILL a Top 5 RB?

One 40 point game early in 2020 made Aaron Jones be considered a top 5 RB the rest of season. With question marks lingering about Aaron Rodgers returning to the Green Bay Packers, it is unclear where Aaron Jones should be drafted and what his value really is.
In my view he is still a Top 10 RB, but that might change as we approach the 2021 season.
