Is Car Shaming a Thing?

I recently read an article about someone who had received a not-so-nice letter from their HR department about their vehicle, a 2005 Toyota Camry. It alluded to the idea that if you’re driving an older, beat up, vehicle, you likely don’t make sound financial decisions.
