ITALY: Summer in Sicily with My Best Friend Brian

This episode I wake up in Palermo, Sicily and after exploring the food markets, I travel to the beautiful seaside village of Cefalù, where I meet my good friend Brian, who you might remember from back when he lived in Rome a year ago. We make friends with local bakers of a pasticceria and watch them make cannoli, cornetti with ricotta and other Sicilian desserts. We hike up a mountain, talk to more locals about the enviable sense of community that exists in so many part of Italy and of course - spend a lot of time swimming in the crystal clear water. I'll be writing up a full blog post on my site kylieflavell.com with my tips on a summer holiday or vacation in Sicily soon.
