Japanese On The Latest Controversial "Go To Travel" Campaign During COVID-19 | STREET DEBATE

On July 22, the Japanese government put into effect the Go To travel campaign, a campaign launched to boost the local economy by partially subsidizing domestic travel. Go To has become highly controversial as it is a 15 Billion USD government project, and is taking place while COVID-19 cases in Japan are surging.
