Justice For Nambi: Centre moves SC, seeks hearing in the 27 year old case

A big development in the ISRO espionage case is now coming to light in the Nambi Narayanan case. The Centre has moved the Supreme Court today against the victimisation of a space scientist, which is to be heard in the coming week. The ISRO espionage case is a 27-year-old case and the Centre has filed an application in the Supreme Court, in which the Solicitor General of India Tushar Mehta has asked the CJI to hear the matter of eminent space scientist Nambi Narayanan who was falsely implicated by the Kerala police and the Kerala intelligence bureau. SGI has also stated that Nambi Narayanan was found innocent by the Supreme Court and the judgment was also attached by the Centre in its application.
