Justin's Voting Chart (Week 163)

Here are the rules:

1. This chart only contains at least 50 songs: the Top 35, 5 Stay zones, and 10 Drop Out zones.
*DROP OUT songs can be voted back if they fail to be in the Top 40 (Songs with 3 'Stay' zones CANNOT be voted back due to their limit policy)*

**NOTE:
Whenever a song lands on positions 36-40, they are considered "safe" and can be voted to be brought back onto the Top 35. Here's the catch: Songs in the "Stay" Zone (marked in yellow/black font) have two weeks to climb back in the Top 35; otherwise, on their 3rd week they will automatically DROP OUT and cannot be voted back!)**

2. An artist/performer can ONLY have at least 2 songs in the chart (Remixes are allowed as long the song has a music video). If the artist/performer is the FEATURED act, that is still fine as long as he/she cannot have 3 songs in the chart as the lead act (A throwback from the same lead act will be acceptable).

3. Each song has a limit of at least 12 weeks of charting. If a song becomes #1 for any number of weeks, the song's weeks on chart will expand.

4. Voters can rank up to 10 songs. If any suggest a song, they have to put their suggestion separately, but not in the Top 10. (Limit: any)
