Korean national athletes open official training period for 2020 Tokyo Olympics

South Korean athletes have began their official training period in preparation for the 2020 Tokyo Olympic Games.
With about six months left until the Summer Games begin,... some 5-hundred athletes and coaches gathered at the Jincheon National Training Center in Chungcheongbuk-do Province for the opening ceremony earlier today.
Sports Minister Park Yang-woo encouraged the athletes and pledged the government's support.
Team Korea hves set the goal of winning at least 10 gold medals and finishing in the top 10 in the medal standings.
The 2020 Olympics will start on July 24th.
