The secret to this map is that the enemy prioritizes targeting the summons.
Thus, have your "main party" of Altemuller and Paul in the center, focusing on killing Tiaris 3 times, while dropping summons in the north and south with your main Bozel. Once Tiaris is killed 3 times, I killed off Lana, Tiaris, and Elwin to finish the fight.
