The UN’s top official in Lebanon has warned of a potential new migrant crisis unfolding in Europe unless politicians take immediate action.

Jan Kubis told Sky News that Lebanon was facing a new level of social unrest and chaos without the implementation of reforms to ease a deepening economic crisis.
