Hi guys!! If you have been looking for a workout that will completely demolish your quads and have you avoiding stairs at all costs for the next few days, look no further! LOL jk jk....sorta... but really! this one is too good to pass up! This is definitely one of my best quad workouts I have had in a lonnnggg time. The contact and tension is constant and the exercises are just what you need to grow and define those quads! And of course I added in some calf work too at the end as usual. Can't neglect them calves!

Since I got up a glute focus workout and a hamstring and glute focus workout for my last two leg videos on here I figured it was time to let the quads have the spot light. Funny enough, quad training has become one of my favorite leg days and some weeks it is my favorite. Even though the longed for "pump and burn" isn't the determining factor of an effective workout, there is something about feeling the muscle you are targeting work that is so motivating!

So if you are up for a great quad and calve focus workout, give this a go and let me know what you think!
