A patient in his late 50s presents with chronic lymphedema of the legs and feet of many years. He has severe skin changes, including superficial ulcers, elephantiasis nostra verrucosa, deep fissures, and maceration. Treatment included cleaning of the fissures, debridement of the ulcers, topical antibiotic ointment, and Unna boots. He made quite an improvement after one week of treatment.
