Misal Pav Recipe Ingredients

1 cup Matki sprout(Moth bean)
1 cup Moong Sprout(
(1/2 cup Matki & 1/2 cup Moong bean)
1 Tbl sp oil
1 Tsp Rai(Mustard seed)
1/4 Tsp Hing (Asafoetida)
1/4 Tsp Haldi powder(Turmeric)
1/2 cup water
1/2 Tsp salt
2 Tsp Sabud Dhania(Coriander seeds)
12 Kali Mirch(Black pepper)
4 long (Clove)
1 Stick Dalchini(Cinnamon stick)
2 Tsp Til(Sesame)
7 Kashmiri Red chilly
1/4 cup Nariyel ka burada(Dry coconut)
1 Big Adrak chopped(Ginger)
5 Lasun ki kali(Garlic clove)
1 Muthi Hara Dhania(1 fist Green Coriander leaves)
10 to 12 Pudina ke patte(Mint leaves)
10 to 12 Curry patta
(Curry leaves)
3 Hari Mirch less Spicy(Green chilli)
1 Big size Tomato Roughly chopped
1/2 cup water
4 to 5 Tbl sp oil
1/4 Tsp Hing (Asafoetida)
1 Tsp Kashmiri Red chilly powder
1/4 Tsp Haldi powder(Turmeric)
1 Big size onion finely chopped
1 Tbl sp Kasuri Methi(Fenugreek leaves)
3 to 4 Tbl sp Hara Dhania finely chopped(Green coriander leaves finely)
2 Tsp Shahi Jeera(Royal cumin)
1 Tsp salt
1 cup water
2 1/2 cup water
1 Tsp salt
2 Tbl sp Hara Dhania finely chopped (Green coriander leaves finely chopped)
1/2 cup water
2 Tsp Amchur powder(Dry Mango powder)
Boiled Potato
Onion,Tomato & Hara Dhania finely chopped
