Major Minors || Chapter 1. || "Humble Beginnings"
Description
Enjoy our World Premiere - Episode 1 - Humble Beginnings!
From Bollywood to Hollywood, BP Major, award-winning dance music artist from Australia, has performed world over, and now he’s ready to help the next generation of performing artists pursue their dreams. The made-for-YouTube series, Major Minors with BP Major and 10-year-old starlet, Gia Pater, follows their tandem journey from performer to mentor (that’s BP), and from raw talent to polished artist (hey, Gia!). Gia is a diamond in the rough with a great big voice, and it’s BP’s job to create just the right conditions to help her shine.
Shy, winsome Gia is starstruck at every turn as BP introduces her to his cadre of bighearted celebrity friends. Stars like Melissa Gisoni (Lifetime’s Dance Moms), Dannii Minogue (The X Factor), Miss J. Alexander (America’s Next Top Model), Brian Justin Crum (America’s Got Talent) and many more take Gia under their wings. They surprise her at rehearsals for her music videos, teach her about hair, makeup and wardrobe, and even work on her catwalk confidence and poise.
In this Chapter, Gia meets BP for the first time and her life changes. She is working on the song "Fight Song", a fitting song choice for a shy 9 year old Gia.
"Fight Song" is a song recorded by American singer and songwriter Rachel Platten, released as a single by Columbia Records on February 19, 2015. It appears on her extended play (EP) of the same name (2015) and on her major label debut studio album, and third overall, Wildfire (2016). Platten co-wrote the song with Dave Bassett.
