Mnuchin Says He's 'Pleased' Shake Shack Returned Entire $10 Million Loan

U.S. Treasury Secretary Steven Mnuchin said more than 1 million small businesses with less than 10 employees have received aid from the Paycheck Protection Program at Tuesday's White House coronavirus briefing.

He also said he's "pleased" that U.S.-based burger chain Shake Shack will return its entire $10 million loan from the U.S. government after it received widespread criticism over who got access to the funds aimed at saving small businesses before they were depleted.
