Mom tries the CHLOE TING 2 week shred challenge (ABS in 2 Weeks?!)

As someone who has had 2 babies in the last 4 years and never had a regular workout routine since before then, this was such an eye-opening experience for me. I never wanted to speak openly about it because on the surface, I seemed fit and healthy but I knew I had no right to tell other people how to improve their fitness or bodies when I knew I wasn't confident about my actions. I finally decided to stop living in fear and just put it all out there (even all of the secret struggles I have like urinary incontinence which is not easy to talk about) because I know I can't be the only one struggling with these things.

More than appearances, I hope this video can be an encouragement that doing something you're afraid of can get you so much farther than you expected.
