Most DANGEROUS Beaches In The World!


All of us would love to spend some time on a beach; swimming, strolling, sunbathing, and watching the sun go down. If relaxing is the main idea, catching up on a good book and sipping a colorful beverage sounds refreshing. But, what if there is more to the beach that is definitely not what you would have wanted or thought about? The beaches we are about to show you today don’t seem to have this luxury. From Hawaii to Australia, India to Namibia, these beaches are downright terrifying and sometimes even deadly!!! Sharks, toxic waste, rogue waves, and jellyfish are just a few of the threats lurking at the world’s most dangerous beaches. Just make sure to choose your beach wisely.
10. Skeleton Coast, Namibia
The Skeleton Coast of southwestern Africa offers an epic view of an elemental struggle: raw, churning ocean in an endless tug-of-war against the indomitable march of desert sand. The wrecked ships give Skeleton Coast an eerie atmosphere. This frighteningly named coastline is appropriately named. There are, indeed, skeletons, whale bones, some from the old hunting days, strewn like plane wreckage, as well as the bludgeoned hulks of cargo ships and fishing boats, possibly more than a thousand of them, slain by a lethal combination of dense coastal fog and shallow rocky outcrops. Not only does the lethal Benguela Current regularly cause shipwrecks, but the surrounding waters are home to 11 species of shark. Oh, and predators including lions and hyenas can be found patrolling the beach. If the Skeleton Coast sounds unwelcoming, it’s true. People don’t really belong here.
9. Hanakapiai Beach, Hawaiian islands

Hanakapiai Beach is a preferred location for a holiday retreat and water sports due to its clean sand and epic views, your eyes will be ditched by the beauty that oozes out of this beach. In the summertime, the sand is thick and beautiful and there’s plenty of room to lounge around on the beach and have a picnic either on the sand or on the rocks. Several sea caves are accessible and can be explored at either end of the beach. However, don’t let its beauty fool you. The glistening golden sands surrounded by black cliffs will call you to have some relaxation but, BEWARE, the waters will soon turn into riptides! Despite its delightful shorelines, at no time is swimming recommended. Many swimmers are long gone somewhere with the dangerous tides. The tides are very dangerous forming an effect known as the RIP tides!

Famous for its eco-tourism, Fraser Island off Australia’s eastern Queensland coast, is the world's largest sand island, stretching over 120km. This island attracts adventure-seekers from all over the world not forgetting its share of potential dangers. Ever thought a cute little creature like a dog could take your life? The island is home to 25-30 packs of dingoes, a type of dog native to Australia that has been known to attack humans. Attacks by the island's dingo population have resulted in the loss of life for many and visitors are instructed to avoid running down dunes and diving into lakes. In fact, attacks and safety issues became such a problem that in mid-2019, the Queensland government was forced to take action to both manage the island's dingo population, add ranger patrols, and impose an intensive educational program as well as massive fines for disturbing the dingos.

Well as if that’s not scary enough, that’s not the only little thing that poses danger to the beaches of Fraser Island. It’s the jellyfish that stung many people who came here to have some fun. In recent years, the island has become inundated with irukandji, one of the most venomous types of jellyfish in the world.
