According to the analysis of a number of programming language rankings and charts, the popularity of the PHP language has been declining over the years. PHP was originally created for web programming and was loved for its ease of use, but its security vulnerabilities are easily exposed. Java has always been in the lead. C++, C#, and Javascript has always been in the front position, with only minor fluctuations. Most notably, Python, with its simplicity and ease of use, support for object-oriented programming, strong scalability, cross-platform compatibility, and rich function libraries, has been on a steady rise since 2004 and surpassed Java in 2018 to become the most popular programming language in 2020.

Python is an interpreted, high-level, general-purpose programming language. Created by Guido van Rossum and first released in 1991, Python's design philosophy emphasizes code readability with its notable use of significant whitespace. Its language constructs and object-oriented approach aim to help programmers write clear, logical code for small and large-scale projects.
