I'm Aja Dang and this is my updated, *realistic* morning routine. My routine has shifted over the years as I've realized how to better set up my mornings for a successful and productive day. My grwm morning routine has helped me become an early riser because I stick to a schedule, which has grown into developing healthy morning habits.

If you saw my most recent budget video, you also know that I've been spending money on nice, comfy sleepwear. You'd think this would make you want to stay in bed all morning but I've found that waking up in something intentional (versus an old ratty shirt) has gotten me inspired to be more productive. I can't explain it lol.

•OVERNIGHT CHIA PUDDING•
3 tbsp chia seeds
3/4 c milk alternative
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- give a good mix and let sit for at least 15 minutes
top with jelly and fruit
