In Naruto To Boruto Shinobi Striker each time a new character is released they launch a event called “Hero Festival”. The Hero Festival is so skilled shinobi can showcase their skills with the cast characters from the Naruto/Boruto Anime.
If you are skilled enough you can earn a Top 10 spot in the rankings with a cast character of your choosing.
