NEW AGENT PAY UPDATE

Happy New Year!

I want to start by saying Congratulations to Sergio for picking up over 1000 cars in 2019.
Sergio has been an example to all of us. Consistently Trusting God even when we were slow God still still showed favor through your obedience.
You have grown a lot this year, a huge provider in your home with 2 kids and a grand daughter, started a church and bible study group every Wednesday. You are an inspiration to our team a role model to many agents for that we thank you!

Your a reminder not to Limit God based on our own understanding,
not based on what we can see, Because God has better plans in your Clearplan route!
Trusting him no matter what you we can to see We want to congratulate you for your hard work and Thank you for your commitment and due-diligence, we pray for many blessings in 2020 especially in your church, your bible study group and we want to encourage you to keep going, keep trusting him and keep up the great work!!!


It is January 2, 2019 and LAW Recovery has been through some ups and downs and a lot of different changes in 2019.
If you are receiving this video that means you are a part of our growth! You are the the growing vessel we want to invest in. You are LAW Recovery, and because of that, we have been diligently working to provide a Better system for you to rely on.
Our industry is changing, and if we don’t adapt and grow with it we eventually will die just like the other 22% of recovery companies last year.
Change can be difficult sometimes but all of this we do for you and your family to make sure you still have a tomorrow here.


By now you have done and passed your continued education, congratulations! I have no doubt you are happy that all that is over and the weight has been lifted off your shoulders!
I bet some of you really doubted your self about being able to pass those test, but look at you now you have proven the system right! You are more than capable of achieving so much more.

As we move into this year, there are some major changes that are going to happen such as Account Handling/ Phone System/ Contracts/ Gas card and credit card/
transitioning into paperless and invoicing.

In this video I will only touch base on Invoicing and agent pay out.
By February, we will no longer need you to turn in your pay sheets. Everything will be done in RDN!!!

We will be pulling repossession reports per agent by Calendar Days.
Those calendar days will be Friday to Friday.
That means we will be pulling your repo cars list in RDN from last Friday to this coming Friday.
And Next week, it will be from the 3rd to the 10th
Then the following week will be the 10th to the 17th. .....So on and so forth

What will you need to do? And how does this affect you? GOOD QUESTION.
As long as you have been staying on top of your Pictures, Condition Report, PD Info, Window Writings, and accountability pics on a timely manner then your already ahead!!!



If you are one to be forgetful and still fall short on these responsibilities,
then it will delay your payout and would mostly get paid the following week.


When you are processing your Pictures, Condition Report, PD Info, accountability pics into RDN and writing on the windows correctly it gets us to process these vehicles quickly.
Then we will be able to make the invoices when we review the account the first time, let accounting know your payout then you are set.

But if you forget your pics on scene the condition reports then we will not be able to process that account, we will have to come back to it after its done, this delays our invoice process, and the lien holders don’t get the documents in a timely manner. That means we are not able to let accounting know your payout.


The biggest thing I want to add is that your bonus for reaching repo goals on a weekly bases is better than ever!!!! We are now including the weekend in that pay period that’s 2 more additional days to get those cars to hit your goal!!!!. But keep in mind that in heavy Friday flows your repossessed cars may not be processed in time prior to pulling your agent repossession report.
So as long you process your Pictures, Condition Report, PD Info, and accountability pics ASAP before accounting pulls the report you golden!!!
