Welcome to the sneak peek at my new series (4 Clubs 1 Save: The Climb) and welcome to Flat Back 4, my Football Manager channel. If you like the sound of what I think would be a first of its kind save on Youtube, please like and subscribe to follow the journey.

We have found ourselves a financial backer who wants to dominate European football but on a budget! We have found and we are taking control of 4 clubs (all fallen giants (ish)), in 4 countries and aim to take these 4 clubs to the top of the respective countries. The acquired clubs have NOT been altered in the editor so therefore there will be no further money from our backer. We have one owner and have appointed four managers, all with suspiciously similar names and look like quadruplets!
The four countries are France, Spain, Germany and Italy. The clubs are at a different level of their countries (two in the second tier and two in the third tier) and we will aim to return them to their rightful place in the top flight. We will match a Philosophy of attacking attractive football across our four clubs, including training and utilising each others scouting pools. The long term aim is to produce our own players but to aid development and max the advantage of owning four clubs, we will actively look to share players on loan to get younger players first-team experience but still in the same philosophy of the parent club. We will sell player between clubs if needed (unhappy players) but not at below market value.

Our owner has picked our clubs on a set of criteria to identify undervalued clubs, enabling us to add value and represent the return on their investment. They will be therefore be judging your performance and tracking our progress on the following:

Value (all clubs have a lower value than they should. Judged on: increased club Value

Reputation (standing within the nation they play) All clubs have previously played at a higher level. We will be judged on increasing Star rating of Reputation within the game though success on the pitch

Facilities: Stadium Capacity, Training and Youth facilities. We are expected to invest in facilities and Increase the star value of Training and Youth Facilities increased capacity

Revenue: Ticket sales, season ticket holders, sponsorship and overall turnover. We are expected to increase all these criteria, therefore increase the revenue of our clubs

Debt: reduce clubs debts over time. Some clubs start will no debt and others do have outstanding loans. We will also look after the long term financial health of the clubs.

The best way to achieve our goal is to win football matches!!

I plan to release 3 videos per team per season and an overall project progress video at the end of each season. The plan would make it at least 10 seasons save, it will take a long time to get a four club to save, through a season. I would hope to get the more than 10 seasons or to a natural end.
