NEW Solution to Fix Black Screen Problem in OBS

The traditional way of fixing black screen problems in OBS no longer works for me. My guess is it is due to an updated driver, updated NVIDIA software or an update to Windows 10. In either case, this video is my workaround for getting OBS working with display capture.
