New York City mayor addresses coronavirus as cases in the state rise – 3/9/2020

New York City Mayor Bill de Blasio and Schools Chancellor Richard Carranza hold a news conference on the coronavirus response. Their remarks come two days after Gov. Andrew Cuomo declared a state of emergency as the number of confirmed coronavirus cases in New York continues to increase. At least two New York high schools have closed out of fear of contamination.
