Raphael Bosano meets Brent, and learns why he used to wear a mask every time before his surgery. Mary Grace, Brent's mother, also talks about how she was judged by other people due to the condition of her son. The program also introduces Santi Malate III, who shares his story as someone who used to have a cleft lip and palate. Malate reveals that he used to have a hard time finding a job due to his appearance, and talks about undergoing speech therapy to this day.
