Tournament format:
Qualifier and Invites
- Top eight teams with DPC points are invited
- Two teams from an open qualifier
Group Stage
- Two Bo2 groups of five teams each
- Top two teams from each group advance to playoffs.
- 3rd placed team from each group advances to WePlay! Bukovel Minor 2020 Qualifier.
- 4th placed team from each group will play a Bo3 to decide who advances to WePlay! Bukovel Minor 2020 Europe Qualifier.
- Bottom team from each group are eliminated.
- Eliminated team gets 10 DPC points.
Playoffs:
- Four teams play in a double-elimination bracket.
- All matches are played in a Bo3.
- Three teams qualifies to DreamLeague Season 13.
- Loser advance to WePlay! Bukovel Minor 2020 Europe Qualifier.
